We are excited to announce that the AMS information system will be expanded to DenizBank AG, headquartered in Austria. This enhancement will strengthen the bank's automation capabilities and expand its range of investment services. DenizBank AG is part of the DenizBank Financial Services Group and has been operating in the market since 1996 under an Austrian banking license.
DenizBank AG has the goal of modifying the AMS system primarily due to regulatory requirements and the need for increased automation of internal processes. These changes are also intended to support the expansion of their business and their client base with investment products.
The initial steps of our collaboration on this project began at the start of 2024, and in October we received final confirmation of the proposed modifications. We are now preparing for implementation, which we plan to deliver as early as February 2025.
This project brings a range of improvements, including the integration of document management (DMS) within the AMS system. This involves the development of new APIs to ensure seamless connectivity with the central banking software. A significant advancement will be the automation of the process for submitting orders to purchase financial instruments, ensuring the bank's compliance with the MiFID II directive. Additionally, the interfaces will provide a new method for recording the investor's domicile for the taxation of returns from investment products. Another new feature will be automated alerts, which will help internal staff effectively monitor key deadlines, such as the upcoming maturity of their clients' investment questionnaires.
In this phase of expanding functionalities, the bank will maintain its traditional approach to providing services and offering investment products from a business perspective. This approach favors personal contact between the bank's staff and end clients.
We delivered the AMS system to DenizBank AG back in 2005. Since then, our collaboration and system support for investment services have been ongoing. We value the bank's order to expand automation and look forward to deepening our collaboration.
